Please note: Once a booking is confirmed, the scheduled time is reserved specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations can prevent us from offering that time to another client.
Emergencies: We understand that unexpected situations happen. Last minute cancellations can result in set time being booked by another pet owner.
Rescheduling: If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
